■ Chassis: Manufactured with automatic gas-shielded welding machines from high-strength, flexible and torsion-resistant steel with an “I” section.
■ Axle: AKS Group with 3 × 12-ton load capacity and automatic brake adjustment arms.
■ Air Suspension: Consists of a height-adjustment system with lowering and lifting functions, parabolic Z leaf springs, and shock absorber components that limit excessive axle movement.
■ Axle Lift: Front axle lifting and lowering system located inside the cabin.
■ Mechanical Landing Gear: Double-speed mechanical landing gear, each with a load capacity of 25 tons.
■ King Pin: 2” King Pin made of high-strength forged steel, compliant with SAE/DIN standards.
■ Brake: The brake components used comply with EU standards and are designed with WABCO products.
■ Floor: Long-lasting 30 mm thick phenolic resin-coated plywood flooring is used.
■ Electrical System: Designed according to European standards. WABCO products are used in the equipment. The system is equipped with automatic brake ratchets, brake valve, brake chambers (30-size cylinders), brake pads (394 × 210 mm), and an EBS axle braking system. Two replaceable and protected brake sockets are located at the front of the trailer.
■ Tires and Rims: 6 + 1 tubeless tires in 385/65 R 22.5 size.
■ Paint: After sandblasting, the trailer surface is carefully cleaned with chemical solutions. Two coats of acrylic paint are applied over an epoxy primer, and the painting process is carried out according to RAL codes.
