■ General; Width 2,550 mm, Total Length 13,600 - 10,500 - 9,600, Fifth wheel height when loaded 950 - 1450 mm
■ Reinforced “I” section main chassis are welded with an automatic submerged arc welding machine using 120/12 mm lower and upper flat bars and a 5 mm center plate. These chassis are supported by being connected to each other with cross members against torsion.
■ 3 axles with a capacity of 12 tons each are used. There are brake linings suitable for TSE standards and heavy-duty brake levers.
■ Axle Lift; Front axle lifting and lowering system located inside the cabin.
■ Mechanical Leg; Double-speed mechanical legs, each with a carrying capacity of 25 tons.
■ King Pin; King Pin manufactured from high-strength forged steel and compliant with 2” SAE/DIN standards.
■ Brake; The brake components used are in accordance with EU standards and are designed from WABCO brand products.
■ Air Suspension; Parabolic double-layer Z leaf springs and shock absorbers.
■ Air Equipment; The air required for the air suspension, front axle lift, brake circuit and EBS circuit is supplied from the air tank. The hoses used in this equipment are made of polyamide and are resistant to air pressure.
■ Electrical System; Complies with SAE standards and TÜV general regulations. Electricity is supplied from the vehicle through a 7-pin socket. Necessary traffic warning lights and lamps are located on both sides. Rear parking, stop, signal and license plate lights, trailer reflectors and orange warning lights on the sides are available.
■ Tire and Rim; 6+1 tubeless tires in size 385/65 R 22.5
■ Paint; The chassis and superstructure are painted in a paint oven with Washing + Sandblasting + 2+1 layers of Acrylic Paint.
